Refund Policy

We want to make public our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion.

All our sales are final and no refunds will be given. Since InformedFX membership allows access to digital software, and proprietary information which is delivered instantly upon payment, it is impossible to return for refund.

Because use of InformedFX software is a privilege of membership and no ownership rights or license is conveyed to members, finding a bug in our software is not sufficient reason to request a refund of your membership dues. Members can report suspected bugs in the member support area and we will attempt to verify the bug.  If it is determined to be a real bug it will be fixed in the next version.

We will not issue refunds if:
* You change your mind
* You choose not to continue your membership
* You find that club membership does not suit your needs (We have live trial memberships available before joining.)
* You lose money trading
* You have a power outage or lose network connection during trading

However, we understand that it is impossible for us to test our software on every platform and in every configuration it may encounter on your system; therefore if you are unable to get our software up and running on your system during the trial period or in the first 30 days after joining as a member please contact us and we will do everything within our knowledge and experience to get our software to work on your system. If we fail to achieve this we will happily give you a refund of your membership price. You will need to provide us with full remote access to your computer system in order for us to debug and install the software. If you cannot give us this access we will not be able to give you a refund.

Refunds are only issued to the same email address & account they were originally purchased with.
